As we expand our wholesale division, we're seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to help grow our brand and cultivate strong B2B relationships.
There is flexability with pay range if you have experience / a book of business within the space. We are looking for the right candidate to fit into an up and coming Bakery collective.
Role Overview
The Wholesale Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business, strengthening existing partnerships, and increasing product visibility in the marketplace. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, personable, and passionate about representing a fast-growing artisan bakery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new wholesale accounts, including cafés, restaurants, markets, and hospitality businesses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and support.
Present company's product offerings, explain menu options, and share seasonal updates.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and tailored recommendations for wholesale clients.
Track account performance, monitor weekly sales, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and networking opportunities.
Maintain CRM records, manage follow-up pipelines, and generate sales reports.
Qualifications
Previous experience in wholesale, B2B sales, or food-service sales preferred (bakery experience is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting systems.
Reliable transportation for client visits (mileage reimbursement provided).
Ability to conduct tastings and represent the brand professionally.
